The food is phenomenal! We loved it! The decor is just so-so. The tv was on loud in the adjacent room to dining. Staff was helpful with our questions about food items. Highly recommend their big gyro, their falafel, and the spinach pie. Yum! We didn't take pictures because it was too delicious to wait.

Their is a employee their i made sure to get his name he was one of the cooks his name was Tony & I have to say everyone their was awesome but this tony guy was just perfect very good mood very energetic very helpful just all around a great guy to have working in your establishment! 20 out of 10 for my experience

I order extra sauce on gyros because it tastes so good. In Greek style, the interior is not lavish. The focus is on quick service for excellent food. Prices are moderate and staff is helpful. Take-out is an option if you need luxurious surroundigs.

Sorry, failed to post here but it is an important one.... I was just at Gyros Stop at 2907 S MacArthur Blvd in Springfield by Penny Lane and want to relate a positive experience. I got there just as the lobby closed and went through the drive-up to order a single Gyro with extra sauce, lots of tomatoes and NO ONIONS. The gentleman at the window and I chatted while my order was being created and I stayed a little until a car came up behind me. Not wasting a minute, I pulled around back and opened my very warm/hot Gyro...only to see it was smothered in onions with all the rest! I am allergic to onions, especially raw onions, and my gut would have never forgiven me if I simply pulled them off and ate my Gyro. So, I drove around and got behind the car that had pulled in behind me. And before I could get to the window, the cook came out and without me saying a word, apologized and asked me to park out front and he will bring me what I ordered! A few minutes later the man who took my order came out not only with what I ordered but my money back too. At first I refused (several times) but he insisted. So mixed feelings about this place. I loved the Baklava (both pecan and chocolate) but the gyro(chicken and veg) were not good. Extra toppings on gyros could be cheaper. Onion rings tasted like they were straight out of freezer and served cold. This was my first time ordering here but I'll surely order again.
